A brief history

In 1991, a group of specialists in electrical engineering and IT systems have founded the PROBIT Company, as a manufacturing company involved in production of electronic modules and programmable logic controllers. Since 1991 till present the company has performed successful projects in automation and control, process instrumentation and electrical substations.
In February 2001, the managers of the company along with the new shareholders as professionals within general contracting management field, have decided to establish a new company, having as a target the complex projects in the field of public utilities and large industrial utilities.
